ACHE Announces Partnership with World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine

The partnership supports ACHE’s commitment to preparing healthcare leaders who are equipped to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex healthcare landscape. Through this collaboration, students enrolled in the Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) programs will benefit from expanded educational opportunities focused on disaster preparedness, emergency response, and global health.

By incorporating disaster and emergency medicine perspectives into the educational experience, students will gain a broader understanding of how healthcare professionals respond during public health emergencies and large-scale disasters. These experiences are designed to complement traditional classroom instruction while helping learners develop practical skills that can be applied across a variety of healthcare settings.

The partnership also provides access to WADEM’s international network of experts in disaster and emergency medicine.
